Icons in gnome missing

After today's rawhide updates, icons from the desktop, such as web
browser and evo were missing.  Actually, it was like the shortcut
themselves vanished - hence the icons missing.  Also, notice that the
little attachement flag icon in the evo folders is now missing.

And does the system seem to be slow and/or bogged down currently?
