Kernel command line: ro root=LABEL=/ rhgb quiet pci=assign-busses pci=routeirq

I noticed some comments in dmesg to try 'pci=assign-busses' and
'pci=routeirq' to see if it resolved some issues.

I've done this and noticed that I now see the following in dmesg:

There's nothing regarding pci=assign-busses now, but I'm not sure what
this does.

What should I do with this information?  Would a full listing of dmesg
be useful?
