This update fixes shell meta-character handling in LaTeX plugin. In version 0.45
special characters (including, but not limited to, dollar sign "$") in formulas
had to be escaped by being prefixed with a backslash. This is no longer
necessary and backslashes are being processed by LaTeX now, which can make
certain formulas being rendered differently, or not rendered at all. Fix those
formulas to be written in the same way as they would be directly in LaTeX source
files.
