Fair enough!! Attached is what looks like the pertinent part to me.
Maybe this has something to do with the restart hang I am experiencing
also at "Saving mixer settings".
Since I am seeing the same thing on a rawhide x64 install on the same
machine, might be something to to do with this hardware:
