..MP-BIOS bug: 8254 timer not connected to IO-APIC

Hi,

I know this message from a Thinkpad R51e, where it shows on every 
startup, however it doesn't break anything...the startup continues and 
completes with no problems. I can get rid of it (i.e. displaying the 
message) by adding the "noapic" option to the kernel parameters (in 
/etc/grub.conf)...try this or similar options, maybe it helps.
