Laptop support in F10

It is not clear to me, what you mean by laptop support, but my desktop 
machine is hibernating, suspending (on button or command) very well. The 
only problem I noticed is that for some reason after installation there 
was a stale lock file for cpuspeed and the processor was running without 
cpuspeed features.
