 I think I have the same problem but I cannot give you more
information. the lockups happen randomly (2 times for less than 1 hour
and 0 in the last 5 weeks)

I think (in my case) it has something to do with cpufreq and the
power-management. The only way to force reproduce this is (under
windows) when i change the cpu-multi before changing the voltage. the
lockup is exactly the same in linux (comparing the results of what's
shown on the screen which is the only thing I can see) but I cannot
reproduce it under linux . the kernel doesn't show any panics when
looking in the messages after the hard-reset. the same for the
