can i download the F11 alpha "dev" spins without torrent?

  i'm trying to use torrent from this location and it is just
excruciatingly slow.  even after letting it seed for half an hour, i'm
getting about 2K download throughput.  is there a location for a
straight ftp or http download for the "dev" spins?  thanks.
