Fedora QA meeting for Jan 7 - delayed slightly

Hi folks, sorry for the late notice.

Today's QA meeting will be delayed a bit, and should start at 11:15 US
Eastern (1715 UTC). 

The main topics for discussion will be:
- F11 Alpha status
- Planned hackfest sessions at FUDCon[1]
  - and how to keep non-attendees informed of what's going on, or
  - how we can let them participate online if possible
- Open floor
