Hey Guys,
When I install mySQL via YUM and do service mysqld start it fails to
install the default tables. I believe this bug was fixed in the latest mySQL
Version and was wondering when would this be added to the repo.

mySQL Version from YUM

[root at moviedb ~]# mysql --version
mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.1.35, for redhat-linux-gnu (i386) using readline
5.1

When starting service
[root at moviedb ~]# service mysqld start
Initializing MySQL database: Installing MySQL system tables...
ERROR: 1004 Can't create file '/tmp/#sql2514_1_0.frm' (errno: 13)
090716 8:20:50 [ERROR] Aborting

090716 8:20:50 [Warning] Forcing shutdown of 2 plugins
090716 8:20:50 [Note] /usr/libexec/mysqld: Shutdown complete

The latest stable build of mySQL is 6.0
