Is that true? Stable updates won't be withdrawn. Test updates would be
withdrawn when reaching the unstable karma threshold -- or would be pushed
to stable automatically when reaching the stable karma threshold.

This basically answers your own question. It's likely that other people
(and potential testers) simply haven't had enough time to give this pkg a
try.
