rawhide install fails 20090312 - GUI startup errors

Something is rotten in anaconda-land with the Xorg-X11 startup

All I get is various memory-trash displays and an infinite hangup when 
anaconda goes to init the install process display.

is the machine hardware spec (Radeon older video)

Additionally, there are other video driver glitches through the recent 
rawhide installer attempts: mangled fonts with missing bits  and 
over/under scans at the screen edges.

Which component to file the bug under?  anaconda or Xorg-X11 radeon driver?
