Still no Mixer in Gnome if Xfce not installed

I made the adjustments to comps just a few hours ago. From now on,
Rawhide (and future F11 pre-release) installs should install gst-mixer
by default in GNOME, along with gnome-volume-control. pavucontrol will
no longer be installed by default.
