The modules here are , files which are translated not a code.
Just to clear this for you :)

Let me give you brief on what we are doing here:

Firs of all we are here only doing translation,
reviewing the translation, and reaching good
quality of arabic translation in Fedora Core.

This translation is done via translting strings
from each package. Usually the strings are extracted
in what it is called PO files. So bascially we
do translate each string.

1- Arabeyes did contribute most of the translation
2- One big file left, and it is being finshed by
   KCAST team.
3- We need to review the current translation done
by more than one party to:
    - find errors
    - fix errors
    - suggest better translation
    - keep things consistence
    - construct a worldlist to be used in the feature
    - contribute back our findings and fixes to
other arabic translation teams (Arabeyes mainly)
so we all follow the same way.

Please have a look at the po files at:

http://www.arabic-fedora.org/index.php?option=com_docman&Itemid=40

You also get the files from the CVS.

Also review our archive at:

http://www.redhat.com/mailman/private/fedora-trans-ar/

That should give outline what is going on.

There are some issue on how we should translate
certain words. You will find post from Munzir about
two of these issues in the archives.

We want to start the process of reviewing the translated
files, and make sure to contribute a wordlist and
discuss that list while reviewing.

Process still not finalized and I am waiting for
the people to speak up and tell how they want to
oragnize this work. So any ideas or feedback
on how to do that are needed :)

Thanks

Sherif
