[Fedora-trans-ar] KDESDK update for Fedora 3

An update for kdesdk (which contains kbabel) was released for Fedora Core 3.

The one shipped with Fedora 3 is giving me heard time (crashing frequently).
I am downloading this update now (6 MB) , hope it will solve this problem.
