[Fedora-trans-ar] Can't installing Kabel.. can't mount the floppy?!

HEllo All...

i got some problems to install kabel and to use the floppy as a media 
between windows and linux. 

first thing.. the floppy.. when i did mount the floppy i got this: 'mount:
/dev/fd0 is not a valid block device' ?! then how can i mount the floppy.. 

Second thing.. installing kabel.. first i found its package located in here
'kdesdk-3.1-3.i386.rpm'

[root at localhost RPMS]# rpm -Uvh kdesdk-3.1-3.i386.rpm
warning: kdesdk-3.1-3.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID db42a60e
Preparing...                ###########################################
[100%]
   1:kdesdk                 ###########################################
[100%]
[root at localhost RPMS]# rpm -qi kdesdk-3.1-3.i386.rpm
package kdesdk-3.1-3.i386.rpm is not installed


and even if i tried to remove the package; am assuming it's already
installed!! i might be wrong, i got the same message.

[root at localhost RPMS]# rpm -e kdesdk-3.1-3.i386.rpm
error: package kdesdk-3.1-3.i386.rpm is not installed

Okay fine.. it's not installed..(even if i don't know why!?)
i change the path of the binary file and did copy it to this destination: 
/usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386
 
and try to install or upgrade got this nice message:

[root at localhost i386]# rpm -ivh kdesdk-3.1-3.i386.rpm
warning: kdesdk-3.1-3.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID db42a60e
Preparing...                ###########################################
[100%]
        package kdesdk-3.1-3 is already installed
[root at localhost i386]# rpm -Uvh kdesdk-3.1-3.i386.rpm

[100%]
        package kdesdk-3.1-3 is already installed
[root at localhost i386]#


Now am confused.. is it installed or not?! shall i use other command than
'rpm' or shall i use extra options ?!

I don't remember if these commands needed or not: cofigure / make commands
but i think it is used with the source files not with the binaries.. correct
me if am wrong!!

that's all i can't help you without installing kabel :)
