Yes arabic is included. The following bugs have been fixed:
- arabic help in anaconda though there's some strings not translated,
example anaconda-help should be rebuilt
- redhat-artwork has been fixed so the 'next' and 'previous' arrrows 
work correctly
- some (all ? ) packages include arabic translation now

there's still the openoffice.org bug but I've not reported it yet.

I'll try to post some screenshots tonight.
