There is a nice WIKI there, there is also a Document management module
installed which you guys can use to keep version and update docs as needed.

The wiki also will generate downloadable PDF file for any document.
Please test it, if you want specific WIKI I can install it.

All of the above can be hosted on the site. There is mailman installed,
Galery module, URL manager module, beside the wiki and doc management.
There is also a small forum module installed, and blog. I can expand 
anything
you want. Also we have huge space there :)
