[Fedora-trans-ar] schedule for translating documentation [draft]

Then i should take a DEEP BREATH...Then shake myself little..
ALL This we should do it!!! :)) Great...lol
2 UserGuides + xyz document + 2553 untranslated strings + 2100 Fuzzies

We should accomplish big steps forward... 
If there is any shy person then YOU SHOULDN'T BE SHY anymore.. i think it's 
not the time of being shy because we need more help here.. and it's better 
to feel the spirit of the team than being alone and feeling shy..
