[Fedora-trans-ar] Arabic issue #14: The control buttons (Maximize, Minimize and Close) on a window title bar are not reversed!

Qt Version: qt-x11-opensource-4.0.0-b2-snapshot-20050131
System: Mandrake 10.1 on AMD64

PROBLEM:
In RTL languages I expect -reverse to change the position of  the control 
buttons (Maximize, Minimize and Close) on a window title bar to the left 
side whereas the WindowTitle( const QString & ) to go to the Right. Currently 
nothing is reversed at all.
