[Fedora-trans-ar] Arabic issue #3: Text doesn't inherits the widgets direction

This doesn't seem to work. I tested like this:

       QApplication::setLayoutDirection(Qt::RightToLeft);
       QTextEdit *text = new QTextEdit(trUtf8("عربي ...");

and the text is still left aligned!
