[Fedora-trans-ar] Arabic issue #45: A shortcut (signified by preceding it with an ampersand in the text) won't be underlined

Using Qt version 4.0.0-rc1-snapshot-20050527

A shortcut (signified by preceding it with an ampersand in the text) won't be 
underlined if the Arabic character contains a diacritic. For example

        QPushButton tashkeel(QPushButton::trUtf8("&نُ"));


In this example the shortcut is Alt+ن, and the Arabic letter should be 
underlined.
