[Fedora-trans-ar] shell, pre-installed, post-installed translation (was: Ping)

Hi
I still did not know how to do it. I am very, I mean, very new to this. So
please take me step by step.
As I understand, I have to download gedit or kedit. I could not do that.
Please give me instructions. Thank you Munzir.
