[fedora-trans-el] DejaVu page on Fedora wiki - referenced in Fedora release notes

Hi All,
Apparently the page
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fonts/DejaVu
is referenced in the Fedora Release notes. Therefore it needs a good
facelift.

I touched the page a bit (=a lot) in order
1. give great credit to Bitstream Vera because we love (=need) Bitstream
2. make it more positive from the recent process of choosing between
DejaVu and DejaVu LGC.

If you feel there is more to add, please do so. Things like screenshots
showing ABCabc, ΑΒΓαβγ, ABCabc (in cyrillic) etc at 28point would be
great.
