Hi Darioush,

Well, we (Arabeyes) are not doing more than translating Fedora POs for the 
moment. As far as Farsi is concerned, there seems to be recent activity on 
translation:

  http://elvis.redhat.com/cgi-bin/i18n-status

I don't know which team is doing the translation, but I suggest that you 
contact them (maybe they are subscribed to this list and thus can answer you) 
or look in the PO files headers and get their emails in order to contact them 
directly.
