redhat-menu Translation

[ASAlam]

1)My Lang is Panjabi(pa)

2) We start our Localization Prrject with Fedora Core2. But I am working 
with Fedora Core 1. So I want to  Translate Menu for FC 1

(By upgrade Package to redhat-menu-1.40, redhat menu from Gnome Desktop 
disapper.)
