CVS problems for Northern Sotho

Hi,

Can we please correct this:

[dwayne at jessica help]$ cvs ci nso.po
Testing nso.po...
[nso.po] is not in your locale.

I have nso translations sitting here that I've wanted to commit for over
a month now and can't because of this.
