CVS access

Hello,

I don't know if this is the correct place for this question, but I'm going
to try. :)
I signed up into Fedora Translation Project (Brazilian-Portuguese) a week
before, but I still can't to access to the CVS.
I'm thinking this is a long time to CVS account to be approved. Is it
normal?
I need a confirmation to start to work... :)
