ideas for TQSG optimization

For me it sounds an excellent idea. So, other translators can contribute or 'configure' along the way
what is best and at anytime around translations.

This looks great.
I am thinking to breakup TQSG into multiple small files based on chapter 
for easy handling and maintenance by multiple translators. In this way 
TQSG can absorb your ideas. Not only update existing content, but also 
we can create more new chapters.

How do you think?
