Quite right. Though we don't have static libraries in the -devel package any
more, so we shouldn't be able to break builds this way. And given that, I'm a
bit reluctant to make applications which pull in libkrb5 start to have explicit
requirements for dependencies (particularly those like libselinux and
libkeyutils) which they might not be using themselves. Moving this back to
ASSIGNED so that we don't just auto-close this.
