looks like it's still trying to add the touchpad with the evdev driver.
input.product = 'Synaptics Inc. Synaptics cPad' (string)
input.x11_driver = 'evdev' (string)
linux.device_file = '/dev/input/event4' (string)
linux.hotplug_type = 2 (0x2) (int)
linux.subsystem = 'input' (string)
this one should say input.x11_driver = "synaptics", looking at the Xorg.log it
probably doesn't. Can you please attach the updated fdi file and the output of
lshal?
