text mode is generally deprecated in preference of making sure that the
graphical installer just works everywhere.  For the cases where that's not
possible, kickstart and minimal display of progress will remain, but non-localized.

I've made it so that we fallback and correctly tell you that Greek isn't support
for a text-mdoe install now, though.
