Issue remains but associated application has changed. Menu "System >
Administration > Add/Remove Software" launches 'gpk-application'. The desktop
file contains to "Icon=system-software-install". The updated symbolic links
read
500_setup.png -> system-software-install
in the various /usr/share/icons/Bluecurve/??x??/apps directories.
