[fedora-virt] can i scale the VM install window to see it all?

Looks like this problem:

  Bug 491683 -  virt-viewer no longer auto adjusts to guest screen size

This is because new virt-viewer has a great new function to scale display
only on fullscree. You change your configuration to scale always, as in
older virt-viewer or wait for a fix.
