Knowledge Base for Fedora

Hi

I tried to get this effort rolling a few months back but havent had much 
traction with it yet. What is required is a FAQ management system 
basically that can be installed in fedoraproject.org site and viewable 
from kbase.fedoraproject.org. Community can contribute. Groups of 
editors would approve it. All the contributions would be licensed under 
OPL and the content can only cover Free and open source software with 
very few if any exceptions for interoperability.

Anyone has good candidates for this?. Is there a plone feature or plugin 
for example?
