Unfortunately, we don't right now, but we'd love to have one if you're
willing to translate.  To get involved with the L10N team, take a look
at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/L10N.  This should give information
about getting access to translate the website through Transifex.  You
might also be able to contact Devrim Gündüz
(http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DevrimGunduz), who is the Turkish
language maintainer.
