I think we should have some control over filtering at the mailman level.
Perhaps we can set header_filter_rules to hold messages with headers
matching:
^From:.*webmaster at fedoraproject.org.*
^From:.*fedora-websites-list at redhat.com.*
(or substitute some better-thought out regexes there).
