This looks like a problem with a mirror - can you tell us which mirror
download.fedoraproject.org directed you to so that we can contact them?
For now, you should be able to get the SHA1SUM file from
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/9/Live/i686/SHA1SUM
