Issue with Fedora direct download

It's killing me. It has to be this Windows box. Either way, do you want
a copy of the file I keep grabbing? Oddly enough, it increased with
consecutive attempts to 700B. I've hit about 6 different mirrors now,
and still, no full ISO image.

I can't seem to replicate the issue here. What are the contents of the
file you've downloaded?
