Unable to install Fedora 11 from fedora project website

Hello sir/madam,
I am unable to download Fedora 11 from the fedoraproject.org website and it
gives an alert as 550 failed to change directory...
I have tried downloading it from a few systems and also with download
managers for a DVD,however invain in downloading request you to please do
the needful...
