[Fedora Infrastructure] #1774: Fedora Wiki's stylesheet is screwey on small screen high DPI devices

A thought would be to make the mobile device use the wiki's print
stylesheet. It would be quite vanilla and primarily just text but it
should be usable for a mobile user.
