broken link on home page

Hello,
On the Fedora Home Page (http://fedoraproject.org/index.html) there is a 
link to the release notes.
What's new in Fedora 11? Read the release notes. >>
<http://docs.fedoraproject.org/release-notes/f11/>where is this supposed 
to take me?
I assume it is supposed to go to *http://docs.fedoraproject.org/* but it 
does not, it takes me to a blank page.
