ISO Download - 403 Forbidden

The download link for Fedora 12 on PowerPC is giving me a 403 Forbidden.. the file seems to have wrong permissions, so what the webserver can't access it properly.

You don't have permission to access /fedora/releases/12/Fedora/ppc/iso/Fedora-12-ppc-DVD.iso on this server.
