[Fedora-xen] FC6-xen kernel panics (dom0) on boot after agpgart init

Hey All,

Attempting to run FC6-xen on my system. It's currently running
2.6.20-1.2933.fc6.i686 happily. However, the XEN kernel panics on boot.
I had to enable serial console in order to capture the dmesg for
troubleshooting. I'd like your opinion of this output.

Looks to me like it has something to do with agpgart. This is on a
Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 motherboard (rev 1.0, bios F10), with a Conroe
E6400 and 4GB DDR2-800. ICH8 is the main northbridge, however, there's
also a JMB363 AHCI IDE controller as well.

A non-xen kernel agpgart section looks like this:
Linux agpgart interface v0.101 (c) Dave Jones
agpgart: Detected an Intel 965G Chipset.
agpgart: AGP aperture is 256M @ 0x0

However, as you will see, in the boot text below, the xen-kernel (dom0)
seems to kernel panic right after this:
Linux agpgart interface v0.101 (c) Dave Jones
agpgart: Detected an Intel 965G Chipset.
BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference at virtual address
00000008
 printing eip:
c04b81a0
.... cut

Thank you for your time.
