Yes, there're merely warnings. They indicate that the Mono virtual machine
is using -ve segment addressing, which forces Xen to jump through some
nasty hoops. This in turn causes bad performance for the app in question.
GLibC used to have the same problem, but has been fixed to not do this
kind of -ve segment addressing when run on Xen. Mono is still using the
slow way :-(
