[Fedora-xen] Is pci-pasthrough enabled for F9 DomU?

PCI passthrough *is* supported in RHEL-5 Xen kernels. There was a bug in the
RHEL-5.1 Dom0 userspace, but that is fixed in 5.2. AFAIK, any RHEL-5.x 
guest supports PCI passthrough.
