[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] ipa-usermod pass strings as lists

Kevin discovered that modifyModList doesn't handle straight strings 
properly when deciding if a field has changed. Passing them as 
single-valued lists works though. Updating ipa-usermod to reflect this.
