[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] Add memberof intialization task

DS supports "tasks" where a client is able to create an entry that kicks 
off a task within DS, a backup for example. Added a task capability to 
memberof plugin, when supplied with a basedn and an optional filter the 
task will initialize and/or "fix" an entrys' memberof attribute to 
reflect current state.

Also turned debugging back on in the Makefile.
