[Freeipa-devel] [PATCH] password expiration message

This minor patch changes the message displayed in the UI when a user's 
password is expired. If you pulled up a user with an expired password it 
used to say "Password is expired". I found this very confusing because 
at first I thought it meant MY password.

I've changed the message to include the login of the user.
