I've gone through the headaches of administering the CLA process.

We are working in Fedora to make the CLA process as painless as possible.

Are you *absolutely sure* that you want to maintain your own CLA process?

Really?

Because this is one of the *huge* benefits of being a Fedora project: you 
get this stuff for free.
